Welcome to Tierra de Oro Homeowners' Association.  We are a unique community of 101 mountain-view home sites on 330 acres that was subdivided from ranch land in 1982.  The famous narrow-gauge Chile Line railroad ran through what is now Tierra de Oro on its way from Santa Fe to Antonito, Colorado.  Our roads and water system are owned and maintained by Santa Fe County.  Natural gas is supplied to each lot by New Mexico Gas Company.  Most Tierra de Oro residents live here year around, enjoying the four-season weather, and many have lived in the subdivision for over 20 years.  It is a close community where neighbors look out for one another.
