Dues and Fees |

Annual Membership dues are $250.00. The dues are established based on the approved budget
for operating expenses for the year and any additional long-term needs (to be set aside in a reserve
account).
The dues and assessments apply to all Members and may be modified as the needs of the community
change.
Annual waste and recycling collection fee: $408.00
